1. Introduction

Welcome to AI Design Hub. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at aidesignhub.com ("Site") and all services offered by AI Design Hub ("Services").

3.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by AI Design Hub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AI Design Hub.

3.2 Limited License to Users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license is subject to these Terms and does not include:

• The right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Site or Services
• The right to modify, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works of the Site or Services

AI DESIGN HUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI DESIGN HUB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY:

• ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT
• PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN
• ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE OR SERVICES
• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SITE OR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY
• ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SITE OR SERVICES

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI DESIGN HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Design Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Site or Services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Site or Services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration in accordance with its rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

8. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

When interacting with other users on our Site or through our Services, you agree to behave in a respectful and professional manner. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Use language or share content that is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence
• Share unsolicited promotional content, spam, or irrelevant content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect users' information without their consent
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or confidential information
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Site or Services

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate our Terms.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on our Site. By continuing to access or use our Site or Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site and Services. You may also contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Design Hub regarding the use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and AI Design Hub (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).

11.2 Waiver and Severability

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without AI Design Hub's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect. AI Design Hub may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction.

11.4 Notices

Any notices or other communications permitted or required under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be in writing and given by AI Design Hub: (i) via email to the email address you provide; or (ii) by posting to the Site. For notices made by email, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.

11.5 Headings

The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
